Considering how many questions I've been receiving lately, I decided to start with the fundamentals.
Product management? It is a function within an organization that directs the lifecycle of a product from conception to launch by concentrating on the customers' problems.
Product management's primary goal is to deliver goods and services that satisfy customers and promote future growth. Making sure you are developing the ideal product for the right user is its ultimate objective.
In other words, it is responsible for the complete process of developing an idea into a product that meets user's needs and assessing the product's marketability.
Product management's role is to transform business goals into engineering specifications, then communicate the features of the product and its values to the consumer to the teams in charge of marketing, sales, and customer service.
Its primary duties include creating a product vision, deciding on a product strategy, and carrying it out by delivering new functionality that iteratively satisfies customer needs and advances corporate objectives.
